The primary objective of this book is to guide you through the process of liberating yourself from these burdens that permeate your spirit, mind, and body. Through my own personal journey, I've come to realize that authentic weight loss necessitates a holistic approach, involving an inner transformation that encompasses every facet of our existence. Delving into those challenging aspects of ourselves that contribute to our emotional baggage brings forth a torrent of destructive emotions. However, by confronting and working through these emotions instead of suppressing them, we empower ourselves to conquer these burdens once and for all. It's important to recognize that this book isn't solely concerned with altering your dietary habits. Rather, its essence lies in the complete metamorphosis of all dimensions of your being, heralding a transformative shift in your entire life.

  • It seems everywhere we look these days; we see more and more people carrying weight. To someone on the outside they may only see the unhealthy side effects of poor diet and pass judgements on the person’s ability to care for themselves. I have learned from my own experience that to truly 'lose weight' we must complete the inner work in ALL aspects of our lives. By looking at those difficult pieces of ourselves that is our weight; we bring to the surface many destructive emotions. By working through these emotions and facing them - rather than 'stuffing them away'; we are able to overcome this weight once and for all.
